Broker Event
A broker event for 600 East Las Colinas to reveal finished renovations and new amenities.
I was tasked with designing all event collateral, as well as helping plan the event itself. Brought in a customized coffee cart and mini-golf (the smaller version of a broker’s favorite pastime!) with branded scorecards to make the experience memorable and keep the property top-of-mind for brokers and potential tenants.
Branded amenity bingo was designed to take the brokers on a tour of the new amenities: needing to mark amenities they’d seen in order to be entered for the chance to win a new Scotty Cameron putter.
Custom swag was a memorable giveaway - branded Yeti cups and JBL speakers to use on the golf course or in the office.
I created and designed a massive statement piece (window cling) for a space by the entry, to both act as a statement piece and to cover the construction going on inside that space.
