Planned, led, and designed an exclusive tenant rep broker event hosted with Portman Holdings to introduce Foundry & Portman to the Dallas market and begin building early awareness for a major upcoming development. The dinner took place at Perry’s Steakhouse in a private room overlooking the Dallas skyline, where a sketched rendering was applied as a window cling to add visual context to the experience. The concept carried through all event collateral, including the invitation, welcome board, “It’s Happening” stat centerpieces, dinner menus, thank-you notes with gift cards, and a custom wine box follow-up. Brokers were also invited to contribute ideas for naming the project, creating an interactive and memorable introduction.
